Meet the Founder

Tejal Shah

Tejal, CPA, MBA, is our Founder and Managing Principal. In 2019, she took her wealth of multinational experience in Big 4 accounting and corporate finance and launched Congruent Advisory Services, LLC. Tejal is a forward-thinking business partner who challenges assumptions, eliminates surprises, outlines the impact of C-level decisions, and converts complex problems into solutions.

Tejal is also a member of the Forbes Business Council.

She prides herself on her authenticity, integrity, and ability to guide leaders and teams through change to deliver top and bottom-line results. Her expertise spans publicly traded and privately held organizations, P&Ls ranging from startup to $20B, and teams of direct and indirect reports.

Tejal is down-to-earth and relatable. She is a stable, motivating force who is always calm under pressure. Her greatest joy in life is her son. Hanging out with him and her husband at their Houston home is where you will find her during her down time. Chances are, she will have been cooking. Enjoying a good meal with good company is one of her favorite ways to unwind.
